At Medical Prime, we are working hard to continue providing the high-quality services you deserve. In response to the PM’s announcement earlier this week we had to take extra steps to keep you and our staff safe. These included the following:
• Closure of our City of London premises for 3 weeks in the first instance
• All consultations to be carried out either via video link or over the phone
• Offering restricted access to the City of London premises on specific dates in late April for those of you with specific medical needs. This is by prior arrangement only and subject to government announcements
• HRT prescriptions to be issued for up to 3 months to avoid escalating supply issues
You may also notice some other changes, such as the introduction of advanced payments for your appointments and the restriction of our online booking system to video and telephone consultations only. These have been introduced to support the efficient running of our services.
Some of you may be worried about not having blood tests as scheduled. I’d like to reassure you that for most of you the blood tests can be delayed without affecting the management of your healthcare. For those who may require a blood test, sooner rather than later, we’ll be discussing how best to arrange this on an individual basis.
