I hope you and yours have been keeping well during the lockdown period, which is a challenge for us all. We are pleased to announce that the City of London clinic is once again open!
In order to continue offering our healthcare services safely to you, in March, we introduced remote consultations via video or telephone. Our video consultations in particular have been very successful and we are delighted with the positive response we have received so far. As a result of patient feedback, remote consultations will now be a regular option.
For appointments already booked in June, we are happy to discuss your requirements and preference in terms of attending the clinic or converting to a remote consultation. The choice is yours.
For clinic appointments, your safety comes first. We are taking all necessary measures to protect you and our staff in this period. There are appropriate procedures and protective equipment in place.
From patient feedback, we recognise the ongoing difficulty of obtaining some HRT from pharmacies. We are pleased to inform you that the clinic is now dispensing Estradot 75 mcg patches in addition to the Androfeme cream. At present, HRT prescriptions will continue to be issued for up to 3 months.
