Dr Theodora Kalentzi, Medical Prime (UK), was very pleased to attend ‘Future Leaders Mentoring Programme 2024’. A partnership event involving: Institute of Directors Glass Ceiling Group; Generation 2030 UK & IoD Emerging NEDs.
Dr Theodora said “The welcome address was engagingly delivered by Vanessa Dal Busco, Chair of the IoD Glass Ceiling Group.
“The very good speakers covered many angles including, role of mentor, role of mentee, reverse-mentoring and video mentoring. The speakers were: Olu Orugboh; Chelsey Baker and Hanaa Almoaibed, PhD. The moderator was Sarah Alkhedheiri, who competently managed the session including many questions and comments.”
