Dr Theodora Kalentzi, founder of Medical Prime (UK) menopause clinic, was pleased to attend this event at the House of Lords, hosted by Baroness Sandy Verma.
The event featured two high level panel discussions. The first one addressed the barriers and solutions for women entrepreneurship, leadership and knowledge sharing. The second panel focused on financial barriers and government policy on international trade and benefits facing entrepreneurs.
Dr Theodora was pleased to raise points about the perimenopause and menopause affecting women in business and specifically women who may decide to start their entrepreneurial journey later in life.
Dr Theodora is the Women’s Healthcare Advisor to the Institute of Directors Glass Ceiling Group.
