What a month this has been!
First of all it was the reopening of the clinic at Cannon Street. I was so excited to be back and see some of you face to face again, and you can see my reaction at the end of my first day in this short video (please click here: Clinic Reopening)
The introduction of remote consultations through video and telephone has offered invaluable opportunities to us all; they have allowed access wherever you are in the UK, ensured continuity of care for you and allowed our team to deliver the personalised approach that is so important to us.
In her feedback, one of our new patients wrote; “My video consultation with Dr Theodora was the perfect solution to the present COVID-19 restrictions. The appointment was just as effective as going into the clinic…”. (Please click here for the full review: Trustpilot 19 June)
In this new reality, I am even more passionate about promoting awareness of the menopause and its impact on all aspects of life and in particular the workplace. It was inspiring to work with Colt Technology Services on a webinar. A great initiative from a team determined to offer and promote the session despite the lockdown, and share stories from their own employees. It was amazing to receive their feedback including from male attendees. Please click here to see some of the comments: Colt Webinar
This lockdown experience has affected each of us differently. For some, it has been good and for others rather difficult, and I would like to thank you for the trust and confidence in sharing your stories. It means a lot to me and our team who are here for you and focused on promoting your wellbeing.
As always, feel free to contact us through Zarina McCulloch, our Clinic Manager, at manager@medicalprime.co.uk with suggestions and ideas on our services.
In the meantime, keep well, safe and positive.
