Medical Prime (UK) perimenopause and menopause clinic – visit by Sheriff of the City of London Andrew Marsden and Consort Marian Gamble.
It was an honour to welcome the Sheriff and Consort to the clinic who asked many well informed questions. Dr Theodora Kalentzi, Clinic Lead, spoke about the perimenopause and menopause being a natural process that women experience, the wide range of symptoms, and examples of individualised treatment programmes to help patients ‘live their lives’.
The activities of the team aimed at further raising awareness of perimenopause and menopause in general and specifically within the workplace was discussed. Dr Theodora Kalentzi mentioned her work as Women’s Healthcare Advisor, Institute of Directors Glass Ceiling Group.
