After experiencing increasing perimenopause symptoms for over 2 years and with little support / interest from my family GP, I spent some time researching online and found Dr Kalentzi at Medical Prime. At my initial appointment Dr Kalentzi took the time to listen to me and learn about me and my symptoms. She provided a number of HRT treatment options and we discussed the pros and cons of each. Subsequent appointments allow us to thoroughly discuss how things have been, and make any adjustments that may be needed. I now see Dr Kalentzi a few times a year and find her to be welcoming and caring and I never feel rushed during my appointments. The ability to have either in-person or online video consultation appointments has been particularly helpful when train travel has been disrupted. Dr Kalentzi is supported by an excellent Clinic Manager, Zarina McCulloch, who is always willing and able to help with queries. I have no hesitation in recommending Medical Prime.”
